The wait is over. dig into the feast...
In the town of Morganville, vampires and humans live in relative peace. Student Claire Danvers has never been convinced, though—especially with the arrival of Mr. Bishop, an ancient, old-school vampire who cares nothing about harmony. What he wants from the town’s living and its dead is unthinkably sinister. It’s only at a formal ball, attended by vampires and their human dates, that Claire realizes the elaborately evil trap he’s set for Morganville.

Customer Rating: Summary: More than halfway Comment: OK,
I am more than halfway through this book, and I love it along with the rest of the series, but I have a huge issue.
***SPOILER FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T READ THE FIRST THREE BOOKS***
Does anyone else have a problem with the fact that the author keeps running around talking about how Jason stabbed Shane?
He did not STAB him, he shot him in the stomach. I am already over 100 pages into this book and she is still claiming that he stabbed him.
I notice a few other inconsistencies with the story, but I feel that this is a huge thing for the author to miss. Or her editor for that matter.
Customer Rating: Summary: Gothic splendor Comment: This book was so much fun too read. Once again you must hate Monica but not Oliver too badly. You come to realize how just like humans vampires can be good and evil.
Customer Rating: Summary: <3 Comment: I really liked the other three books in the series, but this one was effing EPIC. There's no way that I can express the awesomeness without spoilers, so just take my word for it--if you read it, it won't be a waste of your time.
Customer Rating: Summary: Outstanding Comment: I love this series. She is an amazing writer. Although the are fast reads they are definitely worth reading.
Customer Rating: Summary: Feast on Fright! Comment: This series is a feast. It is an absolute delight to devour each book in the Moganville Saga. If you haven't started at the beginning, waste no time in doing so. The title is "Glass Houses" and each volume gets progressively more intense and more frightening.
In "Feast of Fools", the fourth installment, Claire is terrified to see that her parents have moved to her college town at the same time the World's head honcho vampire has returned there. Claire has pledged her loyalty to Amelie, the head vampire in the town. This ensures herself, and her friends protection to some extent. But even Amalie is frightened of this vampire...he is her father. Suddenly enemies are putting their differences aside, danger is around every corner. Sometimes its hard to tell who to trust.
Adding to the drama, Claire's roomate Michael is struggling to come to terms with his own new vampirism. Eve's brother, a maybe murderer, is coming around way too often. And Claire is spending a lot of time with an unbalanced vampire, while trying to solve the mystery of the disease that is shortening the vamp's lifespans and robbing them of their ability to make other vampires. Life is never dull in Morganville.
The absolute only reason for a four star rating is the cliffhangers that close out each volume.
This series seriously outfangs that 'other' YA vampire series you may have heard about.
