Customer Rating: Summary: I do not recommend this book Comment: I am currently using this textbook for a course on Criminal Procedure and find it the most poorly written text for instructional use I have encountered in many, many years. Not only does the text read poorly, making it difficult to get a concise definition for key terms, but it is full of typos and mistakes. My impression is that it was either not proofed at all, or they were so anxious to rush it to print that they didn't take the time to proof the book. An over-priced book that is certainly not even a text to keep as a reference. If I could have given it no stars or minus 3 stars I would have.
