It is written too much like a text book that should be used along with an in-person class. I would not recommend it. Red flags go up when I hear claims like that; to me, they speak only of closed-mindedness. Consequently, I take the other information presented with a huge grain of salt. I'm not interested in somebody's ego stroking. I'm seeking spiritual growth. Anyone who claims that they know the one and only route to something is deluding themselves.
