Bruce Lipton shows exactly what drugs do to the body which for myself was a vindication of what I believed for the last 20 years. It also gives great hope for the power of belief in providing a means to listen to the body and act on what you feel when the body speaks. It was very eye opening to find that beliefs are formed in new life before it comes into the world by the environment which it is exposed to.
