Summary: Terrible Customer Service
Comment: I have been a subscriber to Jazziz since 1995. I thought it was wonderful. Very eclectic music, used it as a sampler to try new artists. However, I found their customer service completely non-existent. I ususally had to call them when my subscription ran out - most magazines call you for a renewal. Then when I moved several times, each time I had to call to get my missed issues. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I always have to leave a message and never got return calls. Jazziz has a decent product, but THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I recently tried to submit a change of address to the customer service line; no response. That was 6 months ago - I will NEVER, EVER give these unresponsive people my business again...

I work for a library in Rome, Italy. We subscribe to this magazine for the first time at the end of January 2007. They suddenly and reasonless stopped sending the magazine after November 2007 (before the end of the subscription). Thinking that they could have been experiencing some technical problems, I renewed the subscription all the same on February 2008. Obviously I tried to contact them several times asking some explanations first filling the form online, then writing some emails to their main contacts and even sending a fax.. No answer at all.
The only answer I promptly received was the confirmation email after the credit card payment!! Ain't that curious?!

Summary: Trouble with Jazziz
Comment: I subscribed for Jazziz magazine for the better part of 10 years. Found the magazine to be mostly advertising. The few articles or interviews they had in an issue were usually pretty good. I was often disappointed with the included CD. Tracks were usually not of same genre. Maybe one track on each compilation CD was good. But my real disappointment came when I ordered some Jazziz merchandise (a tee shirt and sweatshirt). They couldn't fill my order cause items were not in stock. It's been almost three months and they haven't returned my money, and calls to them are unanswered. Even now their website gives you no indication that items are out of stock; so you'll order, find out later they're not available, and then have to fight to get your money back. I would never order anything from them again.

Comment: The magazine is ok but the real thrill is getting new music on a regular basis. Beware, it can get expensive, I've gotten hooked on about 6 artists I never knew about and my CD collection is growing rapidly!
