Customer Rating: Summary: Crossword Magic Comment: I bought the Franklin Crossword organizer to help my father-in-law solve his puzzles. The crossword magic came as an added gift with the organizer. It took many many months for the puzzles to arrive and my father-in-law does not like them as much as he likes the other large print crossword puzzles I have bought him. Customer Rating: Summary: Crosswords Club -- where is it? Comment: I ordered a one year subscription of this on 12/15/2007 for my 93 year old Mother who is a crossword fan. As of 2/29/2008, she has not received her first issue nor has she received any communication about her subscription.
I'm not pleased with this product.
Added March 20, 2008 -- My mother still has not received her first issue and my email inquiry to the company on March 13, 2008, has gone unanswered. Customer Rating: Summary: Christmas Gift Comment: I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my Grandma, according to what she tells me, it appears to be pretty challenging but will surely keep her entertained!
