My address changed after placing the order for this magazine. It's been five months and we've not received an issue. I've called Synapse twice and both times the customer service reps seemed confused by my dilemma. The first time I was told the matter would be researched and they'd call me back. They didn't. A week later I called again and was told it would be another five to ten weeks before we received the magazine because of the address change. I said I'd rather have a refund, but was offered only a partial refund. I then asked for the publisher's contact information, to make sure we'd be receiving all six issues, and was told that Synapse represents too many publishers for them to keep such info. They were no help at all.
Please save yourself the aggravation and order direct.
