Customer Rating: Summary: Month and a day but no magazine. Comment: Kind of hard to say if I like the publication if I was only to base that on having seen one yet to review. This subscription process is slow. In today's high tech market where we all know the publication's circulation folks get your subscription and your money long before they ship it is a sad remark on their ability to join the modern age. Is the magazine great for those who like it? Oh sure, it must be. Is the distribution processing of subscriptions and delivery of product even close to meeting the customer desire? In this case no. We go to Amazon in part because we can usually expect delivery within a couple days. Magazines in over a month is just not cool. Customer Rating: Summary: Customer Service Comment: Haven't received it yet. Don't want it! Tried to cancel within 24 hours and was told by Amazon to go to Publisher--told by Publisher to go to Amazon. I wrote asking one of the two take responsiblity NO Response.
Customer Service on both ends was nonexistant!!!
